A new professional producing events for a DMC in the Tampa, FL area. I am starting to build lasting relationships with professionals in our industry. A thirst for knowledge that is not easily quenched, I am looking to make a difference in the world. Maybe difference is not the right word, wanting to make an impact on the world somehow, someway.

Most unusual aspect of your job: Personally, the most unusual aspect is leading a group of individuals that are much older than myself. Also, clients sometimes second guess me because of age. :-/

Favorite book: Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury

Favorite food: Chicken Parmigiana

Favorite TV show: How It’s Made on the Science Channel--fascinating!

Favorite movie: A League of their Own

Most unique place you’ve been: Roatan, Honduras, with a close second being Belize

Favorite aspect of the meetings/travel industry: The always shifting and changing fluidity of it. How far we’ve come in just a few short years since I’ve been involved in the industry.

Pet peeve: Erratic drivers!

One thing about you that most people don’t know: I learned how to do math by keeping score at a bowling alley with my parents as a kid.

What’s the best advice you’ve ever received in our industry? Be hospitable to everyone--you never know who you’re sitting next to at a luncheon or session.

What’s your favorite local/regional place to take a visitor to your area? Bayshore: beautiful, historic homes

Is there anything else you’d like to add that we’ve overlooked? My passion is association meeting management and on-site logistics.
