• Carmine’s Restaurant: Located in The Quarter at Tropicana, Carmine’s Restaurant offers fine Southern Italian cuisine served in abundant portions with warm, attentive, old-fashioned service. Whether planning a private party, holiday celebration or dinner meeting, Carmine’s can accommodate your needs and please your palate. Every meal is served in the style of an Italian-American wedding feast, offering large platters of home-style antipasti, appetizers, traditional pasta dishes and seafood, chicken, veal and beef favorites. Carmine’s seats 480 total. The private dining room features a private entrance, huge bar, coat check and restrooms. It can seat 200 guests and up to 350 for a cocktail reception.
• Knife & Fork Restaurant: A local landmark with a rich history, Knife & Fork Restaurant offers wood-fired grilled steaks and seafood. This legendary Atlantic City eatery has been restored to its original grandeur to recapture the look and feel of 1912 roots, including rich mahogany millwork, hand-painted ceilings, a sweeping staircase and a balcony. The menu is complemented by a 10,000-bottle wine "cellar" located on the third floor. The Knife & Fork’s menu, Prohibition-era ambiance and professional service provides the perfect setting for banquets, dinner meetings or private parties, with a variety of private rooms on three different levels, seating 10 to 65 people.
• Starr Restaurants: Celebrity restaurateur Stephen Starr offers two choices at The Pier Shops at Caesars, each with a distinct atmosphere. Buddakan recalls an ancient Chinese village featuring a gigantic golden Buddha. The menu portrays an innovative interpretation of Modern Asian cuisine. They can customize a group gathering for 15 to 65 at the communal table, in semi-private rooms or on the private mezzanine. The Continental, a mod, 60’s-inspired restaurant, features creative martinis and inventive global tapas. They can accommodate 30 people in the "fire pit," semi-private dining for 12 to 40, or up to 38 in the private, Vegas-style "Sammy Davis" room.
