Hyatt Regency Boston joined with Children's Hospital Boston to design a “Room for Hope” as part of a fundraising partnership. Hotel guests can choose to stay in the unique room, which will be available until April 2013, and proceeds from their stay will benefit Children's Hospital. The room was designed to reflect the hospitals history and life-saving role in the community. It includes a world map highlighting the hometowns of pediatric patients, and bathroom tiles created by children under the hospital's care.
“The Children’s Hospital Boston “Room for Hope” at Hyatt Regency Boston will be a true destination location for hotel guests and an exciting way to help support the mission of Children’s Hospital Boston," says Carola Cadley, vice president of corporate development and special events at Children’s Hospital Trust.
Children’s Hospital Boston is a 392-bed comprehensive pediatric medical center with more than 200 specialized clinical programs. Hyatt Regency Boston aims to raise $25,000 for the hospital through Room for Hope and other iniatives, including a change round-up in the hotel restaurant and online giving opportunities.
The 498-room Hyatt Regency Boston offers groups 30,000 square feet of meeting space.
