The Kansas City Marriott features totally flexible meeting space to accommodate a variety of meeting needs - from small corporate meetings for 10 to large groups of 2,000. The hotel offers nearly 100,000 square feet of meeting space, including two ballrooms, 42 breakout rooms, and a 12,000 square foot Exhibit Hall. Renovation of the meting rooms will be complete in Spring, 2014. Our on-site catering and technical staffs ensure that meetings go smoothly. The 15,080 square foot Basie Ballroom can be used in a variety of configurations for banquets, school-room or theater seating, exhibits and receptions, with 2,000 accommodated for receptions. The 17,040 square foot Imperial Ballroom can also be divided to accommodate banquets, school-room or theater seating, exhibits and receptions. It accommodates 2,400 for receptions.
