Each featured ‘Concierge Insights’ piece represents a short Q&A with the concierge of a quality hotel property, looking at special requests they’ve handled in the past, nearby nightlife, recommended group dining and more.

I have had a number of unusual requests for this or that, but probably the one I am most proud of fulfilling was a night of roller coaster riding for some special guests...
In the Fremont neighborhood, there is an 18-foot concrete Troll clutching an actual Volkswagen Beetle that was sculpted by local artists under the Aurora Bridge.
We have also hosted events such as the E! Entertainment’s “Most Lady Gaga’s in Once Place…” event for the Guinness Book of World Records...
The Seagate Hotel & Spa is able to organize team building activities such as volleyball, paddle boarding and kite boarding lessons, Segway tours of Delray Beach or a scavenger hunt...
The Swan and Dolphin has some great bar options, including my favorite, Todd English’s Bluezoo lounge which is hip and modern with a gastro pub menu.
