For those looking for a vigorous walk, the road from Paresa down to Kamala and back which is about 10 km and a really good cardio work out with, of course, stunning views.

One unusual request I had was to arrange a group picnic at Central Park to include wine, fruit, and a variety of cheese, blankets, and picnic baskets, all on a nice spot on the Great Lawn in Central Park. I arranged this for a party of 11 guests.

Coronado Island, along Orange Ave. has quaint shops and restaurants and can be reached by ferry which departs right near the hotel.

Hawaii Island is full of adventure. Quirky places include green sand beaches, black sand beaches, Twilight at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, the Summit of Mauna Kea where you'll find amazing sunsets and the largest number of observatories in the world.
